They are the Devolved Administration in Scotland - true. Otherwise, they have the powers of a devolved administration, not full powers.

Exactly.
 

That Supreme Court judgement just proved -inasmuch as it needed to be proven- that Scotland is not sovereign, and cannot regain its sovereignty even if a majority of Scots wanted it back.

 

The Union is therefore, by that definition, not one of equals, but one of vassals to England.

 

Relative to 6 years ago, the boot is on the other foot. That is what makes this debate particularly interesting 😉
