RootsBooster   24 #3 Posted March 23, 2018 Intercourse with a woman when she says, no. Angel1.  That's giving drugged rape a bit of a loophole though. I'd say it's penetrating sex without consent (not strictly verbal consent)
 Share this content via...

Guest makapaka   #7 Posted March 23, 2018 I always think when I see threads like this that it would be great if someone wrote a book with all the words in the English lanuage in and then an explanation of what it means underneath.  It would be really useful - they could even make pocket size ones for kids to use at school. RootsBooster   24 #10 Posted March 23, 2018 Oxford dict. Rape---Forcible or fraudulent sexual intercourse imposed on a woman.  Oxford dictionary - The crime, typically committed by a man, of forcing another person to have sexual intercourse with the offender against their will. https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/rape  ---------- Post added 23-03-2018 at 13:03 ----------  Does that mean a man can't be raped?  As far as I'm aware (in UK law) a man can be raped, but it has to be penetration. ANGELFIRE1 Â Â 10 #11 Posted March 23, 2018 Just with a woman? So men can't be raped? Â Yes they can, as per the episode last evening when the hairdresser bloke on Coronation street was drugged and raped. A bold move by ITV. Â I was coming from man strong woman less strong therefore man can force himself on woman. Man on man totally different, come and try it on with me and you will see the difference, but book your hospital visit beforehand, you will need it. Written with tongue in cheek as an example, but do you get my drift. Bringing drugs into the mix alters the situation greatly of course. Â Angel1. willman   10 #12 Posted March 23, 2018 So, what is rape? The Sexual Offences Act (2003) defines rape occurs when:  (1) Person (A) intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis;  (2) Person (B) does not consent to the penetration;  (3) Person (A) does not reasonably believe that person (B) consents.
