Tea time in Derby and Bath with one of the Bath chicks feeding itself from a chunk of meat given by the adult

All three Sheff chicks in full view after just feeding. Lots of wing stretching and looked as though they would settle where we could see them - but, no, back into the corner out of view. Anyway, all look healthy and lively.

One of the Notts chicks has been for a walkabout outside the nest box - just struggled to jump back in but now another one is looking longingly outside the box so will be jumping over soon

Getting their exercise this morning, having a walk around and a bit of wing stretching. Wish they'd keep away from the edge of the box!!

Update from The Hawk and Owl Trust.

The resident female at Norwich has been missing for over 24 hours.

Dad continues to feed the chicks and is doing a great job, but its not looking good for her return

Was that the Norwich chicks, woggle? Just hoping Dad can cope on his own.

Yes wrinkly it was, The Hawk and Owl Trust think the bigger stronger ones may turn on the smaller weaker two if dad can't provide enough food. Fingers crossed they survive
