Dairy farmers across Europe are going to the wall right now, Russia has banned all dairy imports from the EU so there's suddenly a huge glut of supply with no-where for it to go. It's simple excess supply. The farmers want a free market to sell their goods on except when it's inconvenient to them? Sorry, that's really not how it works at all....
