Bonjon
We have a side extension that has a too shallow pitch (around 10 degrees), at present its tiled and leaking like a sieve, this needs changing to a flat roof or some sort, and will also need flashings (as these have disappeared). How much should I be looking to pay for a 25 sqm (about 11x2.2) roof, this is a ground floor extension. It will also need boarding for what ever system is suitable? Many Thanks. dan2802
A price depends on quite a few factors so even with the size it's not a straight forward calculation.

Annie Bynnol
Flat roof will need replacing but the only access is now through the house. Which will be the least messy method?
