Bilge
If you live on an estate that all houses have brown windows can you change yours to white and do you have to go through planning. Includes soffits and facias . Brown upvc has to be filed next to avocado bathroom suites and polystyrene tiles. What were people thinking? Presumably we are supposed to think they look like wood. No, they look like brown plastic. Upvc windows are the right answer for some houses, but they've got to be white.
