It was so funny the copper didnt even see which direction he went he was that quick Any way to get my dob a robber badge for scouts.the lad was late teen early twenties, grey jogging bottoms, dark coloured top, blue baseball cap. Short dark hair, tall, stocky build. Last seen heading towards Handsworth. If you know him or know of him call crimestoppers blah blah blah. Why would you want to help the police by giving a description ? The plod spend too much time harassing motorists as it is without members of the public deciding to help them.
