I give up forum is stupid as are some of the users shall not ask for advice again

Such an ironic post.

You were perfectly happy when you moved there. It seems you want your surroundings to change to suit you as your circumstances change, but it doesn't work like that.

But thanks to some for the posts very helpful

Typical..vanish when you don't get the answer that you wanted. People aren't trying to be horrible, just trying to point out that unfortunately there isn't a great deal you can do about it.

wow... whats with all the <REMOVED> replies?

the lady just asked for some advice about parking, she didn't ask for all you know-it-alls to give her life advice or try to belittle her for feeling frustrated.

If you don't have anything constructive to say offer her, why say anything.

get a life... honestly the world would be a better place. (and this forum).

Tina the residents only parking option would be the one to take further, it won't guarantee that you'll be to park outside your house, but it may reduce overall traffic to make it easier to park nearer your home.

No need for the offensive language.

Thanks for the advice.

It will be ignored, of course.

You will waste an enormous amount of energy trying to find a close parking solution when you could spend much less accepting the reality of your surroundings for now.

Trying to sell your property could be tough as well as the NE situation. With no funds available but with plenty of neighbourly support you should raise it at local meetings and with your councillor who should do monthly visits to a library or community centre near by.

If the council own the green spaces they have shown an inclination to build on them for various reasons and could accommodate some space to off road parking.

Let's just hope they arrive by public transport... ;)
