In the middle. Except when my Littlest gets in like he did this morning. The he sleeps in the middle and I suddenly get pushed over, usually to the left side.

Thinking about this a bit more, some people don't have beds. They sleep on mattresses on the floor, or the settee, it's quite common now.

I sleep next to the door. Then, when the great big king of the spiders comes in the night, seeking vengeance, I can point across the bed and say "She swatted it!".
