does anyone know what was built on the land a cross from Southey library behind the bus stop ??

someone told me it was sub station for electrics I thought it was a house me and my mate are try to find out what was there??

just one of them pub talks that never get answered ?

Only if you own one of the houses on either side or directly behind it.

It will end up selling for a lot more than the guide price imo although I have told someone who is a regular at the auction house to snap it up for me if its going cheap.

I'd think like mafya says, if you lived adjacent, you'd be mad not to try for it, so there might be a bidding war between the neighbours :D

 

It would only take a small house on there, bit of a tight squeeze, but it could be done.

If its the piece of land that I think it is there was a large nissen hut there for many years and a family by the name of Flynn lived ther,I think one of the kids was called Patrick who went to Longley school with me,1940s-50s.
