According to the credits, the group singing the song are called 'Expose' but the only group I can find with that name are an all girl group formed in 1987. It's clearly not them. The songs were produced and arranged by David Mackay. Mackay co-wrote "Breakin' Away" with Ian La Frenais, and "That's Livin' Alright" with Ken Ashby. In the first one they first sang in German, and later on they sang a song by The Police.
