I need help from the music buffs

Does any one know the title of the song being played at 45' 47" into this clip? According to the credits, the group singing the song are called 'Expose' but the only group I can find with that name are an all girl group formed in 1987. It's clearly not them. Cheers.

Found this:"Breakin' Away" / "That's Livin' Alright" is a double A-side single by English singer Joe Fagin. The songs were produced and arranged by David Mackay.

Mackay co-wrote "Breakin' Away" with Ian La Frenais, and "That's Livin' Alright" with Ken Ashby. They wrote the songs as the opening and closing theme music for Auf Wiedersehen, Pet,

Been googling like mad (Im bored) but all I can find is that they appeared in 2 episodes. In the first one they first sang in German, and later on they sang a song by The Police. Cant find which one tho (Yet!!)
