Centertainment – no parking and then ticketing

Recommended Posts

Parking in Centertainment is awful when busy! I parked in retail park once as the others were full. Few weeks later I got a ticket for parking in there too long! I only went to watch a film! :o so watch out for this too!

You Didnt fall for this scam and pay did you?

Can you answer my questions pls.......

Can't remember who it was from, it was quite a while ago. All I can remember was the letter had 2 pictures of my car entering and leaving the car park and stated that I stayed in the car park longer than 3 hours which was allowed....it also said if I paid within 2 week I could just pay £35. So that's what I did.....

So why are you blathering about cycling, this has nothing to do with cycling and I never brought cycling up. Lift the needle, the record's old and broken.

Erm....think you did........er, you mentioned that cars are not first and everyone else second.......ooh-er....is your pink lycra a bit too tight around your brain today?

Resurrecting this thread a little bit.

I just went to court to defend a parking ticket claim against me from the centretainment car park. The claimant had withdrawn the claim a few days ago.

File a defence that looks remotely credible and I suspect that they will always withdrawn the claim, as they don't want to risk racking up a number of losses.

They're just bully boys trying to take advantage of peoples gullibility.

Its a pity a boycott of places employing these clowns to monitor car parks can't be organised, we'd soon get rid of them.
