we had a similar thing when i was growing up everytime one of my sisters friend came to the house an ornament used to fly all around the living room, the only thing that stopped it was seeing a priest and getting the house blessed etc, contact your local church i know the catholic church have a specialist exorcism priest

was brought up as rc until i was 16/17 then decided it wasn't for me, would be a bit hypocritical if i went back to them sheff but thanks for the advice :)

just a thought but if it.s following you then your kids will be fine at home alone (not taking pee) i'm half and half about believing in the afterlife so look at all facts. Does the name mean anything to you?

kids have only only heard things going on while i've been around, the name means nothing to me, when things go 'bang' these days i just shout out 'shut the (you know what up) and it goes quiet again

In 1995 I was lodging at a friends house, after a few weeks a few strange things began to happen, one morning I woke up and all my clothes from the night before were wet through drenched - no leaks in the house, I hadn't been drinking never done drugs, the following day I was watching tv when some glassware that my friend owned flew across the froom and smashed mid air, I ran outside it was November I just had my boxers on and stood on a massive slug bare footed, the neighbour took me in, later I went to stay at my parents, my friend got a Priest in who blessed every room and left a straw cross but said it wasn't the house - it was me, a presence was following me, my kids won't stay in the house without me/alone.

After loads of what I class little things tonight when I was boiling pans on the hob a name appeared on the mirror, the mirror is old so i thought it was in the glass from years ago, but when I wiped it away it was still there even after I'd dried it, I'm not sure what to do now :loopy:

dont be scared, they cant hurt you, my house was haunted when i lived in leicester a few years ago, i was poked, smoke blown in my face, things moving, empty milk carton thrown onto kitchen floor then spinning around, musty smell on occasions, noises, being woke up by someone talking in my ear, full lenghth black mist moving across my living room then vanishing, the list is endless.

when i told my neighbours they said the last tenant had seen ghost of old man and got musty smells too. and fag smoke. neither she or i smoke.

my daughter's things would jolt off her shelf and she would tell them to stop it and they did too , she was never scared,

my brother had a fright, he had just moved into a new house and when he viewed it, it seemed ok, but when the furniture was moved in the men had an uneasy feeling, then when he went in for the first time after that he was literally thrown back out through the front door. he was shocked to say the least. he didn't stay there long and he always had cupboards flinging open, and sometimes a figure of a man would appear in the house.
