TomM82
It's not the estate agents, it's the solicitors who are incompetent by orders of magnitude. Agree and disagree...some estate agents are a nightmare but Foys Solicitors from Chapeltown who we used were excellent!
Jeffrey Shaw
Greengeek was wrong when posting 11mths ago and remains wrong now. All solicitors have to undergo a lot of training and to pay (once admitted) a lot of insurance premium. Neither of those requirements applies to any Estate Agent or EA employee! You can have years and years of training, pay thousands in premiums and still be incompetent

steve68
To be honest we've found problems getting to view aswell, on the EA side having them agreed to view 4 properties a week in advance. We travelled up to Sheffield from London to find only one was available for veiwing and that one, the sale had been changed from offers to a cash bid system. the EA had forgotten to tell us. we complete on our own house sale this March.
