What Sheffield landmark demolished by the council do you miss most

Recommended Posts

Isn't the thread title a little misleading as the majority of buildings cited in this thread were privately owned and therefore their demolition was not the responsibility of the council?

The hole in the road,The egg box,The town hall extension,Sheaf Valley Baths,The new firestation,The Kelvin Flats, The tower blocks,Sheaf Market, and much much more all built and demolished by the council in the last fifty years at the cost of millions and now The Castle Market is on the list.

What a waste of money and materials.
