Bulgarian
Yes, it's excellent, very relaxing and it gives you a real boost. I've no idea how it works.

Although I don't think I will be able to stand someone messing with my feet for half hour session but I'm going to give it a try

donkey
Doesn't it take about five minutes to qualify as a reflexologist?
MattTurner
Reflexology is complementary therapy, which works on the reflexology points on the feet or hands to aid healing to the whole person not just the prevailing symptoms. Reflexology may also be carried out on the ears and face by specialised practitioners. Above from The Association of Reflexologists. Rubbing your feet can relieve your back pain for instance, as long as done on the right point on your feet.

KK Seriously though, it's nice if you like having your feet played with, I doubt there's any credibility in the claim that pressure applied to tiny areas on your feet can cure certain medical conditions though. Guest sibon
As long as you don't expect a magic foot massage to do you any actual good, you will be ok. It won't do you any harm and you might enjoy the social occasion. Just treat it as an afternoon out and a chance to get your feet rubbed.
