Surfin'Bird
Sorry to rant but is anyone watching this weirdo programme on Living about women that treat dolls like real babies. One women has just spent £295 on one outfit - for a fake baby!

TheBlueDragon
Ive seen something like this before, the dolls are stupidly expensive and even have things to simulate heartbeat and breathing. Some look rather scary as they look like babies in a morgue EDIT: Heres a link to some http://www.reborn-baby.com/
This&That
I've seen something like this before. Its really weird! I also saw one where adults buy life sized adult dolls. They dress them up and sit them around the dinning table. Thats really creepy. Life-like dolls they spend thousands on. (I've tried to find the link to the programme but cant', sure it was on Channel 4 though http://www.channel4.com

Starlet83
Its so sad, the lady who wanted to replicate her grandson as he had moved abroad needed help, I dont think the way some of them become almost obsessed it is healthy!
