malagablade   10 #85 Posted October 18, 2010 I think when you move away from Sheffield its easy to soften towards your rivals. When you have no one to argue with and no one to give you hassle its easy to forget and a defeat becomes easier to take - thats what i found anyway, 5yrs away mellowed me but the passion didn't take long to return  no it isn´t !!!! F. Sidebottom   10 #92 Posted October 18, 2010 The Pope is a Blades fan. He said, "I want all the people of the world to be united".  Would that be the same Pope that was once a Nazi?  And the same Pope who 'protects' his kiddy fiddling clergymen?  If I were you I'd be putting the word 'Leeds' or 'Manchester' in that quote!! boboskins   10 #96 Posted October 19, 2010 Director of the Batman movies...You see a Blades shirt in a couple of the films  There's a Blades shirt on a street beggar in Batman Begins if that's what you are on about. Doubt it means Christopher Nolan is a Blade. It's just in movieland whenever they need to dress someone up as a street beggar/unemployed bum (Full Monty) the costume dept opt for a Blades shirt straight away for authenticity!  Anyway if Christopher Nolan was a Blade I'd imagine Inception to be about United actually winning summat, after all it is set in a dreamland.
