• Blacks back to Caribbean, or Africa as the case may be,
  
• 1s to 3rd generation Europeans back to the Continent
  
• older generations (most of the Brits) to Germany (maybe Italy as well, depending on how far back we go?)
  
• with allowance for regional variations (e.g. a lot of the northern Brits to Scandinavia)
  
• The Scots can stay put, I believe

I'm sure you can think of something a bit more productive in theses recessionary times, no? Takes too long and too much manpower to hang people, if you ask me. Take a leaf from the Chinese, masters of productivity: bullet to the back of the head, invoice the family for the bullet and -UK spin on this formula- the time required by the professional executer.
