Breakfast - mug of tea

 

Lunch - Salami, cucumber and red pepper butty

 

Tea - Cornish pasty, beans and brocoli

 

Plus another 3 mugs of tea throughout the day

I believe that children are our future. Unless we stop them now.

Breakfast: Alpen, 2 slice of toast and strawberry jam, orange juice juice and a banana.

 

Mid-morning Snack: Small packet of sultanas and raisins, pear... water to drink.

 

Lunch: Baked potato filled with tuna mayonnaise, cucumber and sweetcorn. An apple. Water to drink.

 

Afternoon snack: Peach and few grapes. Water to drink.

 

Dinner: Roast chicken with salad and cold broccoli, small slice of carrot cake and a few grapes for afters. No wine tonight, just water to drink.

2 buttered slices of toast and some coco pops at about 11

a cheese and onion pastie at about 4

a jacket potato with cheese and gravy at about six

mini size bounty and then a kinder bar thingy half six ish :)

Breakfast Coffee.

When arrived at work Coffee.

Breaktime Coffee and 2 shortcake biscuits.

Lunch (School dinner) Veggie sausage casserole (protein!!!), mash with a teaspoon of cheese on it, spoon of rice and coleslaw from salad bar. Flapjack and carton of milk.

After school - 3 broken pieces of rock (one of kids had brought it in)

When got in. Handful of cherries. An apricot.

Now - Going to have macaroni cheese (more protein!) and going to have some green salad with it and some cherry tomatoes. Glass of red wine. Strawberries -don't like them with anything on.

 

FAR improved on the last two days!

 

EDIT: I had a strawberry - with a great big mucky chocolate belgium middle pudding!

Breakfast: Banana

Snack: Vanilla cupcake - made by moi

Lunch: Sausage, onion and mushroom sarny on white breadcake, Apple

Dinner: Cottage pie with cheese on top, cabbage, leeks and carrots, half punnet of cherries.

Drinks: 3 coffees, 2 pints water.

Will be having a couple of shandy's later.

ok today - mm

Breakfast - pecan maple plait danish, pomegranate and strawberry smoothie

Work - coffee

Break - another coffee and an apple

Lunch - Cottage cheese and a basic salad, Banana

PPA time - two coffees and a Mince pie

Tea - Veggie lasagne, couscous, chocolate pudding and a decorative strawberry.or two.

 

Lashings of Vodka and red bull are planned for this evening.

 

Yey i had my five a day, some protein and now i'm going to ruin a reasonable day with tons of alcohol!

 

Remembered alcohol and other intake:

 

A very large vodka and redbull before leaving. - hic!

A bottle of water

A bramble cocktail... gin based.

A vodka, lime and ginger beer (fentimans)

Two JD's

A ginger beer

Three double vodka red bulls

A large JD as a nightcap....

Today I have had

 

Breakfast - bacon, egg, mushroom and tomato

Lunch - Sushi (Tesco pack of 4)

Evening meal - pasta with bacon and tomato sauce

 

I wish this thread had started a week earlier - we have just had the Environmental health on the phone wanting a week's food history off us for the first week in June, after my daughters tummy bug turned out to be Salmonella. None of the rest of us have had anything, so we are blaming a bought in sandwich that only she had.

Breakfast: All Bran with sultanas ans sliced banana, 1 slice of toast and marmalade, cranberry and blackcurrant juice and an orange.

 

Midmorning Snack: Banana and a pear... water to drink.

 

Lunch: Pink salmon and cucumber on a granary breadcake. An apple. Water to drink.

 

Afternoon snack: 1 Ryvita and butter. Water to drink.

 

Dinner: Lancashire hotpot, carrots and peas. Sliced watermelon and natural yoghurt. J2O to drink.
