join ponds forge gym.use of a persnel trainer is free and although i havent used them i have seen them working and they seem very good.

cafe in ponds forge sells jackets with various toppings ,had 1 today with baked beans very good.

always grown mine in greenhouse no probs,you would have got them earlier if you did them in greenhouse from start.when they are done cut off 1 inch from earth and they start growing again next season.

h hounds cheers.he is a rescue dog and they said he had his glands done every 3 months since we changed his diet on to complete dried food he as been fine i was just checking in case it happens again. he had a bad life before i got him and had to have 10 teeth out due to being chained up and trying to chew the chain,needless to say he is spoiled rotten now and never leaves us.

made jam for years from all kind of fruits,never have any probs setting but always use jam sugar.2 bags of sugar makes 10 jars.

sugar is very addictive and only you can break this addiction.stop putting sugar in your drinks is the first thing,then replace ice cream with fresh fruit it will be hard at first but you will get used to the taste in a few weeks.when your addiction starts to wane you will enjoy your food much more.its like stopping smoking you know its stupid but only you can do it.good luck.

if you are any good at building you can get a second hand hut and put it up yourself,but i would concentrate on getting part of it dug for your winter crops.spring cabbage winter onions sprouting broccoli spring onions garlic chard a new 8 by 6 hut is about 300 quid but they put it up .good luck with your new garden, a bit expensive at first but a good hobby.

i think its the best show on telly at the moment.good variety acts and i can put up with walliams he only tries to bring a bit of humour to the judging.
