number 1. your card cant handle what ever resolution you are using .try turning it down see if that works. if not it could also be 2. if you are trying to load up game and play it you might have to set the game to play in compatibility mode for xp/windows 95 this mainly means if u are playing games that are either made to play with xp or 95 or so on . mainly older games .3 check all cables are connected properly and check all components in ur tower are connected properly .4 also make sure you have fans to keep ur pc cool as the thing u state could also to do with overheating make sure u can keep it as cool as u can if u have fans make sure all are working and if pc still overheats then buy some more .HOPE THIS HELPS !
