Hello! My car broke down the other day and I've been told it needs a new CAM belt. I have rung around a few garages and none of them will repair a Chrysler because of 'special tools' that they need. Does anyone have any recommendations?!

Who owns this building (sorry if this has been addressed)? Why did the post office leave it to stand empty for 15+ years? I'm guessing they still own the property...

I've seen this guy as well. He wasn't there yesterday lunch but was back this aft. He seems to be there most of the time. Not sure how you would go about helping him but I have worked with homeless people before and if he is indeed living on the streets (which is probably unlikely) it may be difficult to provide any 'convential' help to him. He seems like an alright type of guy and probably lives alone but just does not spend any time in his property during the day...
