  1. I was just wondering, is the Urban Deli on Campo Lane closed? Been going past there a few times and its always closed!
  2. DLA has nothing to do with whether your fit to work or not, I think your mixing that up with ESA. You can get Disability Living Allowance whether or not you work. It isn't usually affected by any savings or income you may have. Have a look on the direct.gov website, some people should understand what they are talking about before they speak up. http://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/+/www.direct.gov.uk/en/disabledpeople/financialsupport/dg_10011731
  3. If you still need a keeper I'd be happy to do the job. I played at a decent standard a couple of times a week before I moved to Sheffield but I haven't played for a bit. Let me know if your interested.
  4. I'd be interested in playing in goal if you need a keeper. I've not played for a bit but did play at a decent standard before moving to Sheffield.
  5. That's o'Briens. Urban Deli is at campo lane. Down from the blood donation clinic in the city centre
  6. Never worked at phil potts. I work at a place at drakehouse retail park. I've seen more manners from the teens at maccie d's lol. "Would you like fries with that sir?" Lol
  7. I went to the Urban Deli yesterday and the service was terrible. I don't think they actually wanted my buisness. No smiles, thank you's kiss my **** nothing. If its too much trouble for you to make me a sandwich & a coffee (which was horrible anyways) don't offer that service. The prices of that place I'd expect at least some manners. And I also noticed that they 'claim' that their produce is locally sourced. How local is Spain these days has anyone else had the same sort of treatment from here? I'm a believer of second chances but not too sure bout this place as yet.
  8. I've bought a sofa and a dryer from there. The sofa I got for a £140 which I haggled for. Its in brilliant condition and seen 1 very similar in john lewis. Also bought a washer from there. It looks brand new and had it nearly a year and its still working fine and I'm using it at least once a day. I paid £100 for it. I know you can't haggle any of the new items but anything that's second hand you can haggle. They normally do have some decent stuff but its a case of keep looking. Anything they get that looks decent is normally gone pretty quickly. The TV prices are good there too.
  9. According to a chinese folklore dragons come to eat your food on a tuesday bringing bad luck
  10. The thing that annoys me most about some mobility scooter users is there ignorance in the shops. When I'm out with my daughter in crystal peaks some people tend to stop in the middle of the aisle wherever they are. As my daughter is just a year old she is obviously still in a pram so my shopping suddenly stops as they are too busy dordling about. And I'm the 1 who always gets the dirty looks off them. They should really think about what they do 1st. I always make sure people can get past the pram when I'm out. Can't other people do the same? I would say summit to them but I've had the discrimination card thrown at me already and I've not lived in sheffield all that long.
