What is going on??????? Tram horn sounding constantly

The law atually does state that you aren't allowed to let them off after 11pm, accept on New Years Eve, where it's 1am cutoff. If you are living near the fireworks, you are within your right to call the police if it is at 4am. There were some being let off in Lower Walkly this week, and no sooner had I been woken up by them, I heard the police turn up to confiscate them. Maybe they will eventually make a law of the week before and week after bonfire night and New Years Eve?

I can smell a horrible burning plastic smell out of my window. The smokey smell came right into my house and I had to shut the window because it was so strong. Any ideas?

I have been told there is a carpark near west street that does £5 for all day. Anyone know exactly where it is???

I personally have asthma, so I have to be careful what cardio I do, and always have some water nearby and a cool place to workout, to help. While I understand that problems with electrics etc do happen, the fact that this has now been a problem for some time is not really good enough, baring in mind that we are paying for a service that is not fully operational. I can now not go until it is fixed or they have some sort of backup plan in the meanwhile, as I am sure others feel, purely because it is not healthy to become too overheated while working out.

Bangala cottage is by far the best, really nice people, you get loads for your money and it is authentic.

I was there on Friday, and they just had a couple of large fans placed on the floor. I could only manage 20 mins on the bike, then I had to leave as it was too hot in there for me.

Costco do made to order cakes for £12.69. They are huge too and really tasty. Its a rectangular cake with a varity of designs. You need to order them about 2-3 days before.

It may have just been telephone wires or something, but it def looked like tram lines were down, across the road, left to right. They must have fixed whatever it was, or moved it safely
