We have an xbox downstairs and a router upstairs connected to the internet. Am I right in saying all we need now is an xbox wireless adaptor to plug into the xbox itself? If so, will this be compatible with the router we have? I know you need to subscribe to xbox live but you can have a 30 day trial first cant you? Any help would be great.

Alot of the pubs in Skeggy have got them up, especially them around caravan sites. Couldnt believe how many Christmas trees I saw. -
I think it was only recently when it all became computerised that places started to charge for retests. At then end of the day its doen to that individual garage to decide what their retest policy is. If I was your sister I'd probably call around a couple of other garages and get some quotes for the jobs listed on failure sheet. Good luck to her anyway, hope she gets it fixed for cheaper than what shes been quoted already.

Virgin Media contract, grrrr! - advice needed please :)
susa41981 replied to giggy's topic in General Discussions
You are in a 12 month contract. You will have to pay edf's (early disconnection fees) for the remainding months of the contract. You're right in saying they ask for 30 days notice to disc but YOU agreed to a 12 month contract so is this what they are holding you to. I understand you may not have known you were moving out of the country when you first signed up but Its basically tough unfortunately. Before when it was Telewest, they used to let you out of your contract when you moved house to a non servicable address but they changed this even before they merged with NTL and then became Virgin Media. You'll pay your normal fee for the remainding 30 days and then the edf charge will be 10.00 per service per month. If you're on free tv(size medium) you wont get charged for this. The edf will appear on your final bill when the disc takes place. -

New petrol pumps at Morrisons
susa41981 replied to susa41981's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
Err whats funny? -
Hi Has anyone used the new pumps that Morrisons have installed. You can either pay at the pump or go inside and pay as normal. There were people hanging around the one at Hillsborough today showing people how to use them. Can you pay cash or are they just for your card?
