I am considering knocking my kitchen through into where the downstairs toilet and coal house are to make the kitchen obviously bigger. Since last night my ipad will not charge when either plugged into the plug socket or into the pc. It dosent recognise that its plugged into anything at all. It dosent say 'not charging' just nothing happens at all. Had it over a year but would the tech guys in the apple store still look at it do you think? I've tried different charges and cables so must be something with the unit. Tried a hard reset as well and still nothing. Any help or ideas would be great.

I currently have a problem with downloading apps onto my ipad. Probably about 80% of the apps I want to download end up giving me the message 'this app will be available to download when you next log in to the itunes store on your pc'. Well I then log in and the apps show up on my account but I dont know how to then get them onto the ipad. I've tried syncing it but still nothing. So can someone pretty please advise me on 1. How to transfer them to my ipad and 2. What the problem is with not being able to download them directly from the itunes store on the actual ipad. Most of the apps are free but some are chargeable also that I've purchased. I've even created a new account to see if that resolved it but I have the problem with both. PLEASE HELP

My laptop was knocked off the settee a few days ago and ever since then, whenever I turn it on it comes up with 'no bootible devices'. Is this the hard drive thats gone? Is it dead or can it be saved? (I'm hoping the latter). If it can be saved, can anyone recommend anywhere to take it? Thanks

I know theres probably a really simple way of doing this but I know nothing about computers. I have lots of little home made video clips on my pc that I have transferred on there from my camera. What I am wanting to do though is transfer them onto disc. How do I do it? If someone can give me step by step instructions, I would really really appreciate it. Thanking you

Hi As a parent of someone who attends this school, I find it appalling how parents continue to park dangerously outside the school especially around the roundabout at the end of the road. I myself have had numerous letters brought home from school asking parents to not park on the roundabout and to park in a sensible fashion. I cannot understand why people continue to do so. I can only put it down to sheer laziness. This morning when I dropped my child off, some delightful person had decided to park across the roundabout sideways while he had a chat with someone and seemed to feel agrieved when someone needed to get past him. Parking attendents have been in attendance as well as police at the end of the day along with people from the school but parents continue to do this just and just dont seem to give a damn. Any idea what can be done?

Hi As it says above, need someone to come out and give me a quote on how much to fix my washing machine. Not quite sure whats wrong with it, think its the fan belt and somethings broke off inside and generally wont work. Any recommendations greatly recieved. Hi I have misplaced my service book and do not know whether my car needs a full service or the major service. Its 2 years old so I'm assuming its the major one but not sure for definate. Can anyone shed any light please? Also, thinking of taking it to nationwide garage at hillsborough for the service. Does anyone have any feedback about this garage and whether its any good?
