Well having had my passing phase of interest with it, I've stuck by my initial thoughts and gone for religious nut.

Given the address details I would say it has definitely come out of a phone book and, I agree, quite likely by someone who doesn't understand the address abbreviations.

On that note I would put it aside as a prank or someone trying to convert you to a religion, or maybe it's someone who has sent some sort of bizarre blessing.

Although I'd love for someone to solve the mystery it most likely won't happen so all we can do is forget it.
