Too damn hot. This weather is fine if you can lounge in the shade with a cold drink all day, but not so much if you have to commute into a level 3 heat alert area. Or if you're elderly, or very young, or immobile, or ill. Roll on November. I've no idea what a level 3 heat area is so I've looked it up. Last thing I can see mentioned on the Internet was for the middle of June in the S. E. of England, so not up here then. No need to worry.  I know there's a minority of people the heat doesn't suit at this time of year but the majority do love it & many pay a fortune to go to hotter countries at this time of year to to say, "What 25 degrees in Sheffield. We were in xxxxxx & it was just above 100 degrees." I don't have to use energy to heat the water in my small 80ft x 40ft swimming pool, the sun does the job for me... I like to contribute to combatting climate change.. The family are now devouring Bangers and Burgers at the pool side. Can't beat this weather.
 Share this content via...
