On looking at census copy it does look more like Rackshaw. She is shown as being 9 years old living at no 6 Gilpin Street, Sheffield. This seems to be the same person who is shown as Kate Rackstraw in the 1891 census at 48 Boyland Street. The births index shows a Kate Rackstraw born in Sheffield in July-Sept. 1871.
