There are dozens of accidents on the Parkway - saying which one you mean might be helpful? Just a  thought.

I`d be very interested to know what speed he was doing, it's a 50mph limit there isn't it ? You'd be pretty unlucky to get killed in an accident (unless it was  head on with another car) if only driving at 50mph.

It is possible to have a fatal accident at very low speeds, wrong place wrong time, wrong point of impact. 10 mph can be a killer in the wrong circumstances.
