rob123
Try Midland Mainline site. If you book an Advance ticket, the earlier you book the cheaper it is. I booked a week in advance and it was £8 one way so went first class for £10 with free drinks, nibbles etc and a first class lounge at St Pancras. Andy C
Trains http://www.midlandmainline.com Coaches http://www.nationalexpress.com Buses http://www.megabus.com All now have airline style single leg ticketing for discounted advance purchase fares, simply go on the website and enter dates and times and it will offer you various options, pick and choose which times/prices suit for outward and return. Don't forget with any of these deals you must travel at the time you booked otherwise your ticket will be void. National Express and Midland Mainline also offer the option of flexible tickets at a higher price. Bus/Coach tickets start from £1 single, and train tickets start from £6 single. Megabus also add a 50p booking fee. The cheapest prices are at the less popular departure times and limited to those that book furthest in advance (limited quota at each price).
