phoppy1
Question, How do you tell the time using seagulls . Answer, it's always 1335hrs when they appear on the streets around HindeHouse School cleaning up the food that the pupils throw on the floor every weekday !! But then again it's slightly better than leaving it for the rats .

Is it part of a new Veolia initiative to use a cheap migrant workforce to carry out the menial jobs that our own indigenous Sheffield pigeons wouldn't leave their coops for? richkent
No such bird as a "seagull". But there is a brand of watch called Seagull which is ironic considering the thread title.

Alcoblog
he meant pendant as on a clock .... timepiece ... gerritt? I hate to be an independent pedant, but that's dependent on wether you mean pendant or pendulum. Until your (hopefully) pending proclamation, I remain pedent. One can't help worrying about the future pupils of Hinde House though: "...campaigner warns that seagulls will start killing babies..."
