Hi to all schoolmates from 60 to 65, I know this is a longshot but does anyone have any info on Myra Goodchild from that era. She used to live on Coverdale road. I hope someone will remember her.

Was at Abbeydale 64-68. Left just as it was closing.

Hi, I was there until the awful move to King Ecgbert. Loved Abbeydale. I was at the school camp in 1968. I am trying to find Christine Green as I have her school report here. Don't ask why...I have no idea. I went out with Michael Harrison and was great friend with Janet Leather who died eleven years ago of cancer, bless!

I was friends with Christine Green and I remember you Pat and Michael Harrison very well. I lost contact with Christine but I think some friends of her brother Michael are on this forum. Maybe one of them can help?

Thanks for that. Yes, I was the alien southerner. Would be good to get Christine's school report back to her. Loved rounders, hockey and netball, geography, pen and science. I was voted Stockport Woman of the Year in 1999 which is all a bit weird. Went to Queens Garden Party a couple of years later which is also a bit odd considering my socialist views, union steward and all that! School would not have believed it eh? Love to all who went to fabulous Abbeydale!

Amazed to find this page........many fondly remembered names and lots of memories. Just into my last year of working at Sheffield United FC.....I know, I know.....I was always a Wednesdayite.......but had a fabulous 16 years here. Hope those who remember me are keeping well....best wishes to all.

Barbara Lepisto here. I was there 1965 to 68. I was called Yank & Chicago kid. Mum was from Totley.

I did not realise the reunions were in the morning. I could have made the last one! I will try and make the next one. It would be nice to meet some fellow Abbeydalers.
