Hello, I have come to a brick wall in my family history ,I am searching for Mary Harrison b1912 in Sheffield she is still living in Sheffield in 1939,she joined the ATS in WW2 I have a photo of her in uniform, after that she seems to have disappeared If anyone has any ideas where she could have been or decsendants of Mary please get in touch Thank you Christine

Hi Karen My Arthur lived at Fulwood he was married to Elizabeth Harrison (my great aunt) Elizabeth d 1988 I am not quite sure when Arthur died without looking at my paperwork ,but it doesnt look like the same Arthur so sorry ,keep hunting if I can help in anyway please let me know Pipsmum:roll:

Hello Steve Of course I remember you how are you ?I am in touch with Anne Duncombe ,and I have tried through other sites for info on Susan Harrison but to no avail I would love to know what she is up to these days.I remember most of the teachers but the one that sticks in my mind and I was frightened to death of him was Mr Glasbey oh how I hated algebra with him . Has anyone have any old photos of Bole Hill Farm Fulwood or ideally of the Harrison family who lived there I know this could be a very long shot and I have posted a similar message elsewhere I have been on the Sheffield photo site there is a photo of the farm on there but the person in the photo is not a relation .   19. I took my grandson to see Sleeping Beauty at the City Hall last night (Sun) it ws absoloutly brilliant ,we have been going for a number of years ,it just gets better and better ,well done,hope to see you all this year ps,Witch Hazel was superb
