I was married to Pat,my Sheffield born wife fior 23 years till she died in a car crash in 1979. Three years later I married Pauline from County Clare in Ireland. I'm a Protestant, she's a catholic and two years ago we renewed our vows with five of our grandchilden in attendance, with nearly 32 years behind us. I don't know what makes it so successful, maybe its our great sense of humour, as well as respect, and of course love. We don't do everything together. She likes to go to yard sales on a Saturday with a friend and I like to go flying or sailing.
