A note from Ireland.

Recommended Posts

The thing that got me is that there's an Early Learning Centre logo right in the middle of the notes, so whichever employee accepted the note really needs a lesson in what real notes look like.

Irish businesses are being warned to check their takings after a cafe excepted a toy one hundred euro note in exchange for a pork sandwich.

The child notes are on sale at toy shops and have a picture of a child on the front.

The change along with the sandwich was handed over to the customer and detectives are appealing for any leads that may lead to an arrest.

They should also be warned against hiring idiots

Is this a racist joke?

Unless it being reported in English and Irish newspapers so as to help find the toy town one is considered by you to be racist?

And the main character on the note is a lion!

It most certainly is not as the Irish fraud squad are not looking for any Muslim or Jewish folk.

The bookmakers at Cheltenham are on tenterhooks.
