Poor little things fly to earth, can't get a job, fly back home and then we make a TV documentary on them. We may even find alien life forms in our own solar system; intelligent* alien life forms on the other, whilst they more than likely exist somewhere, we are unlikely to meet due to the vast distances probably involved. jb * for certain values of intelligent. No, no, actually, let me guess. Rather than teach our ancient forebears about the benefits of good hygiene, boiling drinking water and how to keep sand out of bread* they instead showed them how to build the simplest of all structures, the pyramid?
