There's none in Tesco, Sainsbury or Waitrose. Have I left it too late or is it too early for fresh ones yet?

They have them at the Chatsworth farm shop if you are willing to fork out £34 -50 for a 2.8 kilo one.We went yesterday.And no we did not buy.

Thanks for the tip. I watched it and it's actually a goose recipe, not duck, but what works for goose will work for duck too.
