Keep a diary and go to Environmental Health.

Or, perhaps first trying to talk to your neighbours to inform them as to what it's doing.

If you've talked to her regarding her noise then obviously she doesn't care. Some people are just :loopy:.

All I can suggest is be firm and tell her unless she buttons it you'll inform the necesary authorities.

If that fails there is one last drastic measure

Release the Krakken!!

So just to clarify, have you contacted environmental services and how long have you been compiling diary sheets?

Are your neighbours owners or renters?

Agree with what alsionmanic said and then speedy 69.

Just because you are an owner ocupier doesnt mean you cant contact the council.

You dont mention that you have actually tried to sort it out with them or ask her parents.

Or it could build up resentment and create permanent enemies.

You could try phoning the police when it happens, to say you believe someone next door is being battered / abused / murdered. Might make the neighbours a bit more proactive about solving the problem!
