Why are incompetent people the ones above us with all the control? Most people probably wont understand what I am talking about... Hopefully someone can relate.... There is always someone who you allow to hold you back you mean? It's easy when those in authority hold you subservient and you pander to it. I've fought and won a few battles along the way but in general I lose. Ironically I try to convince everyone else I know to 'take a chance and persue a dream'. Sadly because there are many people who can talk the talk but can't walk the walk. There's one in every workplace, at least there has been in every place I've worked. I can sadly list a long long list of screw ups, bad decisions and missed opportunities. Occasionally The Man sticks a spanner in the works but it's mostly down to me.
