30th Birthday Party - Venue, DJ, Buffet

Recommended Posts

Hi There,

I need some help/suggestions as this is turning out to be harder than I thought..

I am trying to arrange a surprise birthday party for my partner for the 30th of November this year.

There will be between 60-70 guests and I am looking for somewhere that can provide a DJ and a Cold Food Buffet

Preferably in S20 but will consider near Town centre...

So far I have quotes of £300 but with £5.00 per head on the food, Free room but £7.00 per head on the food and we must spend ££££ behind the bar

Is there anyone on here that can give me an option to consider???

Any help much appreciated

Thanks in advance

Simone

try the 3 cranes in town, they can do the buffet with options cheaper per head than you have been quoted, provide a dj and its free room hire...

Have a look at Dam house. Mushroom lane. Near to Western Park.

They are really flexible with their buffet options. Free room hire at one end of bar. Reasonable priced beer too as they are a free house.

Hi, have you considered the Bessemer in town, I had my 30th there and it was ace! It's free to hire and they can match a buffet to any budget. You can't do your own DJ but the music is great, with the best from the '60's, '70's and '80's, we had a great time!

that would be enough for me to not bother. My party, my choice.

plus you had your party at the place you organise parties for :)

Hi Simone

If you want an 80s disco at the venue you choose, we can provide a great night for you. We play original vinyl and specialise in Electro-pop and local bands (standard 80s music can be played if required). We can also supply a professional vocalist.
