Plain Talker   11 #9 Posted January 19, 2013 It was too bloody high for me I remember that. Second splash was my limit  You were brave! The FIRST splash (1 metre) was the highest I could cope with.  (Saying that, I am the sort of woman who gets dizzy wearing platform soles, so *shrugs* )  My ex was chucked out of sheaf valley baths:- he got barred. His mum went down and said "What do you think you're doing? Why have you barred my son?"  The manager said "Well, he peed in the pool..."  His mum said "What? Don't talk daft! EVERYONE pees in the pool!"  The manager said "Yes, but not from the top splash!"  ( :hihi: UGH! lol lol lol)
 Share this content via...

samonosuke   10 #11 Posted January 19, 2013 (edited) I jumped off there once and landed on my belly, I still remember how much it stung, I am pretty sure that it was more than 5 metres.  Just been reading an article that stated the diving boards were 1,3,5 metres.  link to article http://www.diving-gbdf.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=462&st=60&p=2907& Edited January 19, 2013 by samonosuke added link
 Share this content via...
