How do i know which shops i can use this gift card at. Do they all participate in the gift card scheme and do they all accept the gift card. I have one for £45 from work mates.

if you get 1 of their paper maps all the shops that have a red x next to them DO NOT accept the vouchers i know this as i have just had to use 1 i got for xmas :-)

Don't forget to check the terms on the card some of them were reportedly depreciating after a period of time. Can't remember who's or where but better safe than sorry.

It's normally after a year, from memory some that depreciate are Next and Debenhams.
