OwlsChick
Hi, does anyone know of a charity shop that is actually taking donations?! Been to two today and they won't take them. Its good quality clothing, toys and bedding. Seems strange to be turned down. (And no they didn't look through it and decide against it!). Somewhere in or near the town centre. I'm asking on here as I don't want to waste my time driving around again! Thanks. just out of interest, who are the charity shops that wont take your donations? reason for asking is that my sister was moving home a couple of weeks ago,had loads of bric a brac ect and was turned down as she wasent donating clothes???? DRIVE BRICK
i took some clothes/books/random stuff to netherlands on saturday, im sure they would appreciate stuff http://www.netherlandsdogrescue.co.uk/netherlands_dog_rescue_shop.php?cid=4 Perhaps it may be a little far to take them to the Netherlands. Im sure there must be a more local shop than having to catch a ferry over there. Its cold at this time of the year anyway. Mind you, there are some great clog shops there, and they speak funny too. Maybe worth the trip, I suppose.
