fake Posted June 2, 2011 Share Posted June 2, 2011 I got a pack.. It contained a plastic bag that you fill with water and put in the toilet cistern unit so the cistern don't fill up with so much water each time. A plastic flow reducer for a shower head and nowt else worth having that I remember. They did want my home address though so I gave a fake one, no surprise there then. Tip 1. Adjust the ballcock so the cistern doesn't fill so high, no need for a plastic bag. Tip 2. Don't turn the shower up to full flow, no need to install a flow reducer.
