Number Six
It depends where you run and how fast you are.

RozeePozee
I must confess, I don't like the idea of running or walking alone and wondered if it was just me being a bit paranoid?????
Goon
Just stick to well lit busy streets to start with and you'll be fine.
Maxxy
Hopefully as from next week one of the lads from work will be coming as we are training for a 10k run but getting people to come out running is harder than it seems. All the fit ones would but I'd just hold them back.

I am slightly paranoid but it doesn't hurt to be aware of danger. I'm not comfortable out in the country alone although it's the nicest place to run.
