Have you ever send a bit of a rude 'come-on' or sleazy private message to anyone on here (not including people you know), or have you ever replied to one?

I'm asking because I was the lucky precipitant of one not long ago, the contents were ... disgusting, the spelling was at a worse level than my 8 yr old and the punctuation was completely absent. Its obvious that the sender wasn't trying to be disgusting, rude or tasteless in any way, he even left me his mobile number in case I found his message irresistible!

 

I do not know of one woman who would find such infantile language or poor writing skills the slightest bit exciting, so why do men (some men) send them in the hope of a date ... or whatever

 

Is there any people on here who would happily exchange pornographic type private messages with a total stranger ?

 

Before I'm told to report him, I wasn't offended, just bemused, and I'm not trying to get the poor deluded fool banned!

I have had several from strange men at work who are bored and want a chat...then a date hmmm

 

The best was from a man at work who was bored,married and also wanted me to have an affair with him and meet him secretly until he eventually would leave her....whattttt?? needlessly to say I declined his kind and thoughtful offer

 

Then the flirty pm's I received from someone who's ad I answered, I took it as a bit of fun until they got a little too much so I then ignored them, he got rather nasty!

 

All of these people were men that I had never seen post at all apart from the one offering a service (in more than one way) a joke is one thing and I enjoy a laugh but ...what saddo's, hence me now always showing offline!

Depends, its like winning the lottery, and what you say in a post is your ticket.

Talk about your dongle alot, you should do well.

 

You should get a customary one around post 1000, when you reach 10,000 then the mods have to disable your pm system as it needs its own internet connection due to bandwidth people use reading posts that are six years old and assuming you want some.

I had an invitation for an evening out, but it was not sleazy, very polite in fact. An Arab gentleman over here on business (or so he said). Wasn't sure whether I wanted to find myself trapped ironing for an entire harem though so I declined of course. Wonder what he'd have thought if I'd accepted though

I too have had a similar invitation for an evening out, although not from an Arab. It wasn't sleazy but very direct.

The "gentleman said he was attracted by my avatar (since changed). He lost interest when I told him the avatar was infact was a photo of my grand daughter.
