I had chips and onion and mushroom gravy! it was yummy from the chippy on shirecliffe :D

Steak & mash with mushrooms and gravy

 

2 cups earl grey with 1/2 a sugar

 

2 bananas

 

Lamb moussaka

 

Farmhouse fruit slice

 

2 litres of water

Breakfast: Bowl of soup and a mug of green tea...maybe 2.

 

Dinner/Tea: Half can of beans (With hot curry powder mixed in) on 1 slice of toast with a mug of green tea.

 

Evening snack: Slice of melon with a mug of green tea.

 

In between i have mugs of green tea when im thirsty..at least 5 mugs a day and i make sure i have 2.5 litres of cold water too :D

After spending two weeks in Egypt and not being able to eat any of the salad as to avoid stomach upsets, in the last 24 hours I have had 10 portions of fruit and veg and some meat off a bbq. God i've missed it!!

Saturday. Early breakfast. Bacon & sausage sandwiches several cups of coffee. Off to Grand Prix.

 

Lunch. Corned beef & brown sauce sandwiches. ginger beer.

 

Afternoon. More corned beef & brown sauce sandwiches. Tea. Coke. Ginger beer. Chocolate . Barbecued sausages.

 

Sunday breakfast. bacon sandwich with beans. Tea. Orange juice.

 

Ginger beer Coke. Salmon sandwiches, Cheese & pickle sandwiches. Sausage rolls. Pork pie. Mars bars.

 

Evening. Tapas. 3 bottles J2O. Some smoked salmon. Brown bread.

 

Monday.

 

Breakfast. Skipped.

 

Tea.

 

Lunch. Sausage rolls with coleslaw. Tea.

 

Evening. Turkey with peppers in plum sauce. Rice. Red Bull

Thursday 8th July

 

B - Bran Flakes

L - 1 x apple, 2 x carrots

D - Lasagne, Garlic Bread, Salad, Cheesecake

 

This is going to help me with health kick!

L - Apple & yoghurt, 2 x satsumas

D - Beetroot & goats cheese salad, Sea Bream, pots & veg, Chocolate Mousse & cream (went our for a delicious 3 course meal - yum!)

L - Roast chicken & all the trimmings!

D - 2 x carrots, 1 x apple, 1 x Solero, 2 x toast & marmalade

Monday 12th July

 

B - Special K

L - 2 x Chicken & stuffing rolls, 1 x apple, 2 x satsumas, 1 x special K bar

D - Chilli & rice, grapes, yoghurt

 

So far am managing my 5 a day too (I've been having fruit juice in addition to the food stuff!!)
