It's so very windy

Recommended Posts

I (and a lady walking near me) got blown over at Park Grange Road tram stop this morning.

I've never been blown over before, it was quite fun, but obviously it would have been less fun if I'd got blown under the tram.

Longley is'nt known for high winds, usually quite calm here when other areas are windy.

Bad here though today so it must be hell on top of the hills.

My Garden fence is nearly on its last legs there are just a few bricks around the base keeping it together!

Anyone know where i can get a good quality cheap fence from?

Wife just returned from Hillsborough says it's like the aftermath of a giant's wedding with newspapers flying around like confetti ....seems it's blue bin day down there, but most of the bins are empty when Onyx get to them :D

I've just been on the ''Big Wheel'' on Fargate and my carriage was rattling and bumping about in the wind when I got to the top. I was terrified!
